Talking of forums... in response to some feedback over on MSE I have changed my font to calibri (my favourite word-font) and the colour to a lovely dark pink. I hope this helps people read my ramblings better!
So today was my trip to Stitch and Craft at Olympia in London, it was an awesome day if a little tiring. I think we were possibly the youngest there and had a ball talking to more experienced crafters and stitchers, I learnt a lot from everyone I spoke to.
I know you're all wondering what I bought and of course you need to see it so here it goes...
Firstly... everything I bought crammed into these two bags - pretty darned small and dull!
It all expanded into this...
You'll see some new nesties, storage, a new heat gun, loads of embossing plates and a QVC teddy from Dawn Bibbys Birthday party (which incidentally was the first I knew of Dawn and of how popular QVC is!).
I also needed a new injection of papers and so I got these, look out for them in cards coming soon! (they were a bargain at just £2.50 a pack - so the ones where I don't really like the style are a good bargain for backgrounds).
wow how lovely all that yummy stash!

Thank you! I stuck to my budget and had enough spare to eat at Pizza Express :)
ReplyDeleteI'm very excited about a crafting day tomorrow - I need to change my spare room into a crafting room! (It's currently the cats bedroom and he doesn't pay enough rent to deserve it).
Wow fantastic buys. Hope you're having fun with it all. Love the glue bottle - I think I might need to put that onto my shopping list. Jaqui x
